Jimmy Scarsone, a.k.a. "Jimmy Da Mouse"
Under an "arrangement" with Barnyard Pete, Jimmy runs his cheese shop in a corner of the barn.  Many suspect, however, that the store is just a front for many of Jimmy's other nefarious businesses. But nobody asks any questions, because as Jimmy likes to say, "It's okay to be a mouse, but it's not okay to be a rat."
Barnyard Pete
After the fame and fortune of the 60's & 70's, Pete retired to the tiny hamlet of Boomguard, where he lives in his rickety old farm. He's a crusty ol' farmer, but he might be mellowing out just a bit as he enters his golden years. Although he's always trying to teach Ken a thing or two, it's usually Pete who ends up learning his lesson.
Ken the Horse
His parents were champion thoroughbreds and the same was expected of Ken, but rather than racing he preferred Halston saddles and  chardonnay. Most famous for his "coming out" on live TV in the 70's, he now lives quietly with Pete at the Boomguard farm. He lost the money he made as a star but does all right with a modest trust set up for him by his parents.
